Silhouette Design Architecture is proud to announce that its innovative design for Bambuza Hospitality Group’s Connections Gourmet Market has been selected as part of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport’s (SEA) Concourse C Expansion Project. The Connections Gourmet Market concept will celebrate Seattle preeminent position in the Pan-Pacific cultural exchange of the Pacific Northwest, and offer an elevated culinary experience with prepared and retail specialty foods, enhancing the traveler experience at one of the nation’s busiest airports. The marketplace is set to open in 2026.

Punta Gorda Airport’s (PGD) concessionaire Faber, Coe & Gregg, Inc. has engaged Chicago-based firm Silhouette Design Architecture to design several spaces for their proposed sweeping $43M upgrade and expansion of the airport’s Bailey Terminal. Silhouette has designed a stunning new Wolfgang Puck Kitchen + Bar full-service restaurant, The Market @ PGD retail concept, The Junction Bar, and a Dunkin’ location.  

Delaware North has engaged Silhouette Design Architecture to design and brand Kardea Brown’s Southern Kitchen at Charleston International Airport, set to open in early 2025. Located in the CHS’ Central Hall, the space will showcase Ms. Brown’s vibrant take on Gullah cuisine, celebrated through her Food Network show, retail products, and cookbooks. Kardea Brown’s Southern Kitchen promises to be a feast for the senses, offering CHS travelers a unique and unforgettable culinary experience. 

Construction is underway at CHS Airport on Delaware North’s newest proprietary concept, Ashley Cooper Provisions, designed by longtime collaborator Silhouette Design Architecture. The space, formerly Harvest & Grounds in the Central Hall, was designed and branded by Silhouette to offer a family-friendly “rooftop” vibe, with a 50-seat area overlooking the tarmac, and local Charleston-inspired bites and cocktails. Ashley Cooper Provisions will open later this year.

Delaware North, the global hospitality and entertainment company, has been selected to expand its food & beverage footprint at Boise Airport (BOI) with 10 new offerings encompassing a mix of Idaho-based and national brands. The captivating new spaces were designed by Chicago-based Silhouette Design Architecture, a long-time Delaware North partner.
